BMW M2 G87 Seats Leaked Might not be the Original Ones

An anonymous Instagram account posted yesterday a set of BMW M carbon bucket seats. Practically nothing new there, you may well say, but what was appealing about these seats was the reality that they confirmed the BMW M2 symbol on the headrest. So the natural way, the BMW community swiftly reposted this as a leak of the carbon bucket seats identified in the upcoming BMW M2 G87. But according to our resources, these are not the original seats in the G87 M2. Of course, the seats in that car will be related, and expected, considering that other refreshed BMWs also gained related bucket seats. It’s also probably that BMW will use some distinctive shades and branding on the G87 M2 seats, but we won’t know more right until this summertime. Here is what we do know about the G87 M2 though. The new G87 M2 aims to differentiate alone from the new 2 Collection Coupe, and especially from the M240i model.

Its grilles with horizontal slats are distinct than all those of the 2 Series Coupe while the bumper features really sq. front air intakes.
